Construction of New Town Hall Offices

The Town of South Bruce Peninsula is requesting tenders for the construction of new Town Hall offices, to be located at 370 William Street in Wiarton.  “Sealed” bids will be received online through the Town of South Bruce Peninsula Bids and Tenders website until 3:00 pm local time on December 5, 2025.

There will be a mandatory bidder briefing meeting; the date and time will be announced via Addendum.

Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed.  Contract award is subject to Town of South Bruce Peninsula approval and subject to budgetary constraints.  The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
