Consulting Engineering Services for Sewer Infrastructure
Installation and Road Reconstruction
Frank Street (Gould Street to Dawson Street) and
Dawson Street (Frank Street to Elm Street), Wiarton

The Town of South Bruce Peninsula (Town) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (Consultant) to provide detailed engineering design services and prepare bid documents for the reconstruction of Frank Street, between Gould Street and Dawson Street, and Dawson Street, between Frank Street and Elm Street, in Wiarton. 

“Sealed” proposals will be submitted online through the Town of South Bruce Peninsula Bids and Tenders website until 11:00 am local time on March 25, 2026.

The proposal must be completed and signed where applicable. The Town is using the “two (2)-document” system for receiving proposals.  The technical and pricing portions of the Proposal shall be submitted online through the Town’s Bids and Tenders website in two separate, “sealed” documents.  Proposal submission instructions are detailed in Section 4 of this RFP.  Generally, the proposal submission must include the following:

• The technical portion of the proposal (excluding the fee structure) to be submitted in one “sealed” document; 
• The fee portion of the proposal to be submitted in one “sealed” document, separate from the technical portion of the proposal; and
• The various forms, as specified and described later in this RFP, inserted in the corresponding documents.

It is the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure the submission is complete.
