Town of South Bruce Peninsula Tender 26-10 Berford Street Reconstruction - Phase 2 The Town of South Bruce Peninsula is requesting tenders for the reconstruction of the second phase of Berford Street. The work is to upgrade and improve the Berford Street infrastructure from Elm Street to George Street in Wiarton. The work generally consists of downtown streetscaping improvements, new sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermain infrastructure, full road reconstruction, parking surfaces, concrete sidewalks and curbs, street lighting, and traffic signals, as is more particularly described in the tender document. Bids will be received online through the Town of South Bruce Peninsula Bids and Tenders website until 11:00 am local time on Friday, May 8, 2026. Bid packages and details may be obtained from the Town of South Bruce Peninsula Bids and Tenders website at https://southbrucepeninsula.bidsandtenders.ca/ Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. Contract award is subject to Town of South Bruce Peninsula approval and subject to budgetary constraints. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. |
